You made it! Good to have you here. As promised on the Starter Kit description page, there are a few things awaiting you here.

I suggest starting with the Deep Dive Assessment. Make a cup of tea or grab your favourite beverage and settle into a state of reflection. It takes 20-40 minutes.

  1. Assess the Present Situation honestly - without catastrophizing & panicking and without sticking your head in the sand & avoiding it

  2. Consider the Future Outcomes - along 3 trajectories: 

    1. If you stay on the present path

    2. If the situation gets worse

    3. If the situation gets better 

  3. Make a Plan that gets you the Outcomes you really want - This plan should include a list of:

    1. Resources, skills and behaviours that you need to learn

    2. Experiences, habits and practices that you need to change or release entirely

    3. Leave space for the things you don’t know that you don’t know but you will know when you’re done with teeth grinding.  Make sense?

  4. Work the Plan - ask for help, gather resources, grow your skills, learn new things and re-learn old things. Create compassionate accountability through support (none of that feet to the fire b.s.) 


This Starter Kit includes:

1. A thorough personal reflection & assessment tool, Deep Dive Assessment for Teeth Grinding & Jaw Clenching, so that you can get a big picture perspective of where you’ve been, where you are and where you’re going with this issue. 

(There’s also a short version if you really can’t do the deep dive).

The assessment tool covers points 1 & 2.  I’m in the process of creating an effective tool to help with #3, Make A Plan.  And #4 is up to you.  I am a resource that may help, yes, but I’m not here to sell you my services.  You need to decide that we’re a good fit, that you can see how my approach is going to help you make these changes.
