Is there a way to navigate your healing journey so you can
move from just coping
to stability and resilience
(without trying to control or force your way through)?
Yes there is! Absolutely.
Even if you feel worry, doubt, fear, panic, self criticism or you’re totally exhausted, healing is still possible.
Whether you’re anxious and worried about a health condition or you’ve got a physical condition made worse by the stress, you can feel better.
How do I know you can heal?
Two reasons:
1. Because you are not broken, you don’t need to be fixed.
We live in a world that demands far too much from each of us. It’s no wonder we all feel overwhelmed. And it’s not surprising when folks draw the incorrect conclusion that there must be something wrong with them. Isn’t it relieving to know that you are not broken. Just that simple fact brings a little more ease, doesn’t it?
When people tap into the resources they need, they can naturally learn creative, new ways to grow their resilience, connections and healing..
2. Because you are alive, you already contain that mysterious life force that connects you all life on Earth.
Life is regenerative and is always moving toward balance. It sounds like a cheesy, hippy thing to say, I know. It is. But have you noticed yet, how the body naturally resonates with that idea?
It’s almost like the very act of remembering how your ancestors co-evolved with the wildness of the world, connects you to a deeper inner strength. Perhaps just shedding the view of the world as machine, opens a person up to healing from the living medicines around them.
You can think of this work as ...
Gathering in community around a fire, drinking some wild herb tea or experimental ferment, listening to those special teaching stories ... where the storytellers are a blend of Brene Brown, Jon Young, Stephen Buhner, Gabor Mate, Ingrid Bower, bell hooks, Milton Erickson, Carl Rogers, Sarah Peyton, Thoreau and, maybe most importantly, Kermit the Frog, Fozzie Bear and Jim Hensen.
